Warrinilla 6 Knock-Out Drum Project

HITEC Welding designed and fabricated the Warinilla 6 Knock-Out Drum (4181-V-0001), lease piping and structural supports for Santos.

The scope of work includes:

• Design and preparation of General Arrangement drawing of the knock-out drum
• Registration of the design and of the vessel
• Fabrication of the knock-out drum including all mechanical equipment, piping, valves, structural and mechanical installation of instrumentation components
• Supply of all vessel external attachments (lifting lugs, nameplate, earthing lugs and piping support cleats)
• Supply of all vessel internal components
• Supply and installation of all blind flanges and accessories
• Assembly and packaging
